These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") and vs96 ("vs96", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://vs96.cam (the "Platform").

Registration and use of the vs96 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that:

• You have not previously been excluded from vs96, either through self-exclusion or enforcement action.

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to promptly update your Account information should any details change.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is strictly permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the vs96 Platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vs96 reserves the right to close all secondary accounts, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from those accounts pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. vs96 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a strong, unique password.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify vs96 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• vs96 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

vs96 requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) prior to processing their first withdrawal and at any point deemed necessary by our compliance team. Required documents typically include a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of address dated within three months, and a selfie holding the identity document. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use vs96's services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed or amended unless explicitly provided for under the specific game or event rules.
• vs96 reserves the right to suspend, void, or cancel any bet or transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of error, technical fault, fraud, or collusion.

• You will not access the Platform using any automated script, bot, crawler, or other non-human method.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vs96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for fiat payment methods.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• vs96 does not accept deposits sourced from credit facilities or unauthorised funds.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to first processing.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• vs96 reserves the right to conduct additional security or compliance checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

vs96 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms. Contributions from different game categories towards wagering requirements vary — live casino games typically contribute 100%, while certain slot games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

7.2 Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by player segment, deposit history, or geographic location at vs96's sole discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• vs96 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and relevant account balances may be forfeited.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated promotional period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vs96 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of any of the following, vs96 may immediately suspend or permanently close the offending Account(s) and withhold all associated balances pending investigation.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, forging documents, or impersonating another person in connection with your Account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player formats.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using shared payment methods, or employing any method designed to claim promotional bonuses beyond permitted entitlements.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. vs96 maintains active anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults to gain financial advantage. Winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Minors Gambling: Registering, facilitating registration of, or in any way enabling a person under 21 years of age to access the Platform.

All content on the vs96 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, and compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of vs96 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of vs96.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vs96, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service thereon, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any inaccuracy in game results or payout calculations arising from circumstances outside vs96's reasonable control, including third-party system failures.
• Any decisions you make in connection with your gambling activity, including the outcome of any wager placed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vs96's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

vs96 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools and information they need to keep gambling a form of entertainment rather than a source of harm. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

vs96 provides the following responsible gambling tools, available through your Account settings:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used to facilitate fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering activity.
• The Account has been accessed from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• The account holder is under the age of 21.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting vs96 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any voidable bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method in accordance with vs96's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of KYC.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vs96 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Where applicable, disputes may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by vs96's licensing authority. vs96 will cooperate fully with any such process in good faith.

vs96 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure.
